Valuable MLM Tip of the Day

Time management can play a key factor in the success of your mlm or network marketing business. If your time isn’t managed properly then your production can suffer and your self-esteem right along with it. Let’s face it, time does get away from us every now and then whether your a newbie or a leader in this industry.  There are a few things you can do to become the Master of your time.

The first thing you want to consider is your focus. The difference between a leader like Mike Dillard and the average person in network marketing or attraction marketing, is that leaders like Mike Dillard focus on results, while the average performers focus on activities or the things necessary to create the results. The more you focus on the results the better your time is managed, and that dramatically increases your production.

I personally can relate to this, when I started my business, my wife would ride me every night because I didn’t have time for her and the kids. I was up early and going to bed very late because I didn’t feel like I was getting enough done. Now I realize I can get more done in less time and I feel fine when I end the night at 5pm, except for the 2 evening webinars a week that we both agree are OK. What you have to realize is your business will suffer if your family life is put on pause, so the importance of effective time management adds value to your life and your business.

Have you ever heard “your thoughts create your reality”. The most powerful thing you can do to add a couple of extra hours to the end of your day, is the use of affirmations to help discipline and train your time management thought process. By affirming to yourself how great you are with your time, with emotion and intense belief, those thoughts take a physical effect. You want to identify an area in your business where your time is being held up, although you may have more than one, focus on one activity at a time and go after it. Your affirmations practiced daily will result in a dramatic change in other areas as well.

Depending on how bad you want to be the Master of your Time, another thing you will want to consider is speed-reading. There are plenty of good speed-reading courses online. A heavy research site to use is speedread.org, but since we can google anything you may want to find the best fit for you. The emphasis on speed reading is because you want to stay up on your skills and education.  Reading will always be important when becoming the Top Earner in your company, and even more so if you plan to stay there. Dedicate some time each day on personal development and core training, because this will add value to your true #1 primary product. Yourself!
